Weight Lifting For A Stronger Body

Weight lifting is a great way to increase your strength and build a stronger body. You can use a weight machine or free weights to accomplish this.

There has been some debate over the years about which of the two - weight machines or free weights - is the best to use for weight training. They both have their good points.

With free weights, more muscles are required when lifting the weights. However you are usually able to lift more weight using a weight machine.

I personally perfer weight machines over free weights. I feel that I have more control and that I get more pressure on my muscles throughout the full range of the exercise.

However, I do use free weights at times.

So probably a combination of weight machines and free weights will deliever the best results in the shortest period of time.
